Pistachio Crusted Fish

Pistachio Crusted Fish

2 Fish Fillets (Sea Bass or ?)
Salt & pepper
1 tsp Course grain mustard
1/3 cup pistachios, finely chopped

Salt and pepper fish and spread the mustard on one side of the fish, put the pistachios on the mustard so it will adhere.
Put fish on a baking dish or sheet and bake in oven for about 6-7 min, or until golden brown, don't overcook. (usual 350 F / 170 C)
You might want to put some drops of oil on baking dish so fish doesn't stick or use non-stick.

You can serve with the Rich Green Sauce....
