Roquefort Dressing.... here is an easy one for you that's big on flavor!
1/2 cup Roquefort Cheese, crumbled in small-med pieces
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Fresh ground pepper to taste
2 cups Mayonnaise -or- 1 cup mayo + 1 cup yogurt
In bowl put the crumbled cheese, should show chunks. Add the dry mustard, vinegar and pepper. Mix well taking care to conserve some chunks. Add Mayo or the Mayo and yogurt and blend well. Serve.
