1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt

Other options you can use instead of ham (use cooked versions): sausage, ground beef or pork, shredded or cubed chicken, Spam, smoked fish, cubed turkey, cubed meatballs, bacon. While Swiss Cheese is lovely, it might be a problem here so you can switch to any other melting cheese, like: Chihuahua, Manchego, Asadero, Gouda. Or try a veggie version with broccoli, asparagus, poblano chile strips, zuchinni, green beans, mushrooms, chaya, huanzontles, potato, et
