Habanero Salsa

We've all tried the Habanero Salsa they give you in the little cafe's right? The one they only put some sour orange on it and burns your stomach lining and you think "how can anyone eat this stuff?", right? Here's another version and while still hot is made for regular humans who still need their stomachs for other foods.....
Habanero peppers (green ones are the hottest, then yellow then orange as they mature), Start with 3-4 then you can work up to more, take the stems off (you can put your hand in a plastic bag to work with them in case you don't want to get chile everywhere) put in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry with
5-6 cloves of garlic,
1/2 onion
6-7 tomatoes.
Get everything roasted. Put it all in a blender, add 1/2 cup water (optional), chicken consome powder, salt and pepper, cilantro leaves and combine but leave chunky. Remember this sauce is hottest when just made and looses some of it's powers as time goes by. If you get some on your hands or if you touch your face, etc. put some salt on your palm, wet your index finger in your mouth and touch the salt, put it under your tongue. Sublingual, this should take care of it.
