Green Papaya and Corn Salsa

Something nice to add to your favorite grilled dishes:
Green Papaya and Corn Salsa-
1 1/2 cups frilled fresh corn kernels (grill whole ears then separate)
1/2 cup red onion, julienned
1 cup green papaya, julienned
1 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
4 limes, juiced
2 tbls fish sauce (see Note under Turmeric Chicken Recipe for alternatives)
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste
In bowl combine all the above ingredients and allow the mixture to marinate for at least 1 hour so the lime juice can soften the papaya. Taste to adjust seasonings to your taste.
